RETURN POLICY
Everything you purchase from MAC CO. is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Returns are accepted within 14 days for exchange, credit or refund – please call us for return authorization.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will refund your original purchase price less the actual shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be for the amount of the item(s) less the cost for us to ship the order to you. We reserve the right to impose up to a 20% re-stocking charge.
ADDRESS CORRECTION CHARGES
It is essentials to provide us with an accurate and correct address when you place an order. UPS charges $10.00(ground shipping) or $14.00(next day, 2nd day or 3-day air) address correction fee for any error in the address you provide.
